Super cute place with delicious biscuits and a diverse selection of self-serve coffee. These were the qualities that stood out to me. I got the Chile Relleno Casserole, which honestly to me was just okay. It was pretty cheesy and came with a generous amount of eggs and veggies. The hash brown piece was huge and perfectly crispy. The Garden Omelette was basic with a generous amount of veggies, avocado, and cheese. They were also GENEROUS with the roasted potatoes. French Toast with berries was not as good as they use sourdough, but the sweet, milky butter, ollalieberry jam, and abundance of berries saved the day. Service was good.

Ambiance: such a cute cafe/breakfast place to eat at! It's in an old Victorian house with a cool backstory of how it came to be. Very nice mom-and-pop vibe. Service: we went on a weekday in mid morning hours. We were serviced right away. Our server and other people at the restaurant were kind and attentive to our needs. Very sweet too. Food: definitely the best part. We made our own omelets and they were delicious. Good ingredients and would dine here again. The star were the biscuits!! The berry jam they make in house made it even tastier with the slight bitter/sweet taste cutting through the richness of the biscuits. Overall great place! Can't wait to come back

sweetie pies is just a great place to grab a meal any time of the week (& year). they always have great service and the food is consistently good. when you first walk into the cute 1800's victorian you're instantly greeted with a smile and their coffee bar. we didn't have to wait long for a table and the food came out quick! we both ordered egg dishes and they came out wonderful. there's street parking and a few 2 hour lots nearby. outdoor seating is always an option! will always swing by for breakfast when in the area!

Rolled into Placerville for the night to visit our friend, Gene. Before we left town, we treated her to Sweetie Pies. Gene loves the sticky buns so we gave them a try along with the blueberry muffin. Our favorite still remains - the light eater breakfast with one pancake, one large egg, and one sausage. So yummy!

Pink! Pink victorian era cottage converted into a restaurant. Plenty of wallpaper, wooden floors, and quirky decor offer a unique ambiance. The food was sizzling hot, delicious, generous portioned, and bread freshly baked. Limited pie selection depends on the day. Self service coffee bar. Server Yesenia was attentive, cheerful, and added to the sweet experience. Would have given 5 star, but other servers and patrons are locals and give a cold shoulder to tourists. That feeling of we know you are a visitor this is our town vibe.

I've been a long-time customer from this beloved place in Placerville. I mainly enjoy their breakfasts that are tasty, generous, and constantly well prepared. There is the occasional mistake on the seasoning but nothing major. The coffee and pastries are a must, as well as their breads. Don't forget about the mimosas and other drinks too. Guaranteed to make the visit worthwhile.

Cute cafe in Placerville and the food was good. Love the fact they use bagguette for french toast. Waffle is also good but rather small portioned compared to other items. We enjoyed our meal here on the way to our camp site. Note: not a fan of their credit card fee at all.
